I used to be a keen volleyball player/coach for over 20 years, but serious injuries to my knees put paid to that. So now I cycle everyday for at least 20 miles, just to keep the fitness levels up...oh yes... another plus, it helps to get rid of stress.

I did play tennis for a number of years...but I was a bit like McEnroe..nope, not a brilliant player, I used to jump up and down and swear a lot...    smiley: rollsmiley: wink
