He came through the surgery fine. He had an 7" (18cm) incision. The removed the tumor & the kidney since it was attached to the kidney. Fortunately it was not attached to any other organs. I don't know when the biopsy results will be in. They know it is cancer, they just need to know for sure what kind to know what kind of further treatment he will need.

His Mom says he had a restless night because of the pain. They can't give him too much morphine because of the fear of pneumonia. He finally let his parents hold his hand. Being autistic he generally doesn't like to be touched a lot. So she sat next to him all night holding his hand.

It breaks my heart seeing them go through this. They have gone through so much grief & illness the past 2 years. I hope it ends now. I swear I'm thinking of hiring an exorcist for the family.
